the Polish Wine Guide General The Polish Wine Guide is a book in Polish language published by Hachette Livre
Polska Ltd. This website is operated by WB
Consulting. The book is offered subject to availability. The price advertised on the
site is inclusive of all taxes, packing and postage to any destination in the
world. Orders are sent by surface mail and no other delivery option is
available at this time. Please allow three
weeks for delivery. We do not provide translations of any part of the book. Ordering Upon reception of your order we will receive a confirmation after your
credit card is authorised. This confirmation means
that your order has been processed and sent. Please keep this e-mail
confirmation for your records. Please contact us if the order does not reach
you within three weeks, and for any other enquiries. We will send a sales receipt for your order. If you would like to
receive a full VAT invoice please send us your company details (this needs to
include your full EU VAT number). Privacy Any information you send us when ordering on our site is used
exclusively to process orders and for accountancy purposes. No other
information is gathered or computed. We may use your e-mail address or postal
address to send you information on the subsequent editions of the Polish Wine
Guide or other publishing activities of WB Consulting. We will in no case
pass any information about you to third parties without your written consent.

271 you have the right to return any unused goods purchased from us within
ten days from delivery. Please include the receipt / invoice sent to you and
clearly state that you are returning the item. We will refund the full amount
paid less an administration fee of 6 €. The refund will be made on the credit
