General
The
Polish Wine Guide is a book in Polish
language published by Hachette Livre Polska Ltd. This website is
operated by WB Consulting. We do not provide translations of any part of the
book.
The
book is offered subject to availability. The price advertised on the site is
inclusive of all taxes, packing and postage to any destination in the world.
Orders are sent by surface mail and no other delivery option is available at
this time. Please allow three weeks
for delivery.
Ordering
Upon
reception of your order we will receive a confirmation of your order,
followed by a subsequent confirmation after your credit card is authorised.
The latter confirmation means that your order has been processed and sent.
Please keep this e-mail confirmation for your records. A VAT invoice will
also be sent with your order. Please contact us if the order does not reach
you within three weeks, and for any other enquiries.
Privacy
Any
information you send us when ordering on our site is used exclusively to process
orders and for accountancy purposes. No other information is gathered or
computed. We may use your e-mail address or postal address to send you
information on the subsequent editions of the Polish Wine Guide or other
publishing activities of WB Consulting. We will in no case pass any
information about you to third parties without your written consent. Your
data is processed according to the Polish Privacy Act (Ustawa o ochronie danych osobowych) coded Dz. Ust. 2000 Nr 100
poz. 1087. You have the right to consult and modify information related to
you; to do so contact WB Consulting at Mickiewicza 20a, 05-840 Brwinów,
Poland or send us an e-mail.
According
to the Consumer Rights Protection Act (Ustawa o ochronie niektórych praw
konsumentów) coded Dz. Ust. 2002 Nr 22 poz. 271 you have the right to return
any unused goods purchased from us within ten days from delivery. Please
include the VAT invoice sent to you and clearly state that you are returning
the item. We will refund the full amount paid less an administration fee of 4
€. The refund will be made on the credit card originally used for payment.
